Tom Ovens: Vote out the incumbents

I agree with Matthew that one huge factor in the under performance of our schools, perhaps at its core, is the saturation of low-income housing. That issue needs to be addressed by our city council, which needs to protect us from more subsidized, absentee landlord housing.
