OSHA fines Maui zipline company $7,000 over worker's death

Inadequate safety measures caused the May death of a worker who fell to her death at Piiholo Ranch Zipline Course on Maui, and the U.S. Department of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration is fining the company and Altres Inc. each $7,000, the agency said Tuesday. "OSHA is citing owner Jeff Baldwin of Baldwin Brothers for $7,000 and site operator Altres Inc. for $7,000," OSHA said in a statement.
