The city of Rio Rancho Public Works Department is holding a meeting on Thursday, Nov. 20, 2014, to discuss the proposed reconstruction of Idalia Road from Iris Road to N.M. 528. The public meeting will take place at Rio Rancho City Hall, 3200 Civic Center Circle, from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. with the presentation portion starting at 6:15 p.m. Area residents, landowners, and all other interested parties are encouraged to attend the meeting to provide input and ask questions.
