Keystone College to make street, lighting improvements

Keystone College will use a state grant to reconstruct the school's main entrance and install new street lighting, landscaping and sidewalks. The $1.2 million Multimodal Transportation Fund investment grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation will improve both safety and campus aesthetics, school officials said.
