A Columbus principal who was forced out for manipulating data is claiming the school district targeted him for termination because he is black. Christopher Qualls is the same principal who was awarded a $3,000 bonus last week for his school's performance in the 2011-12 school year even though he'd been accused of making illegal changes to student records in 2010-11.
