Guard on CDC elevator with Obama was not a felon after all

A Secret Service agent stands by as President Obama speaks about the economy at Rhode Island College in Providence. An armed security guard who was on an elevator with President Obama had not been convicted of a felony, as previously reported, according to two people briefed on the incident.
