Santiago wrote to Interior and Local Government Secretary Manuel Roxas II on Friday, suggesting for a 24-hour heightened and fully armed protection for Mendoza, who has been receiving death threats and pressures after she got involved in the case concerning the alleged overpriced Makati City Hall Building 2.
