A St. Louis steel fabricator has been fined more than $50,000 by a federal agency for 15 workplace safety violations. The U.S. Department of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration fined Continental Fabricators Inc. following an unspecified number of employee injuries that included broken bones, sprains and muscle injuries.
