A federal judge this week approved a $2.3 million judgment in favor of about 180 current and former dancers who alleged unfair pay practices by the northwest Dallas strip club where they worked. Plaintiffs in the lawsuit alleged that Jaguars refused to pay the dancers, that the women had to pay a fee to the club for each shift worked, that their only compensation came in the form of tips from patrons, and that they were required to split those gratuities with club owners and employees who typically don't receive tips.
