Two black men at the Lord Corp. plant in Erie are suing over claims of racial discrimination and harassment, and the company is arguing their federal lawsuit is unfounded. The workers, Chris Giles and Brandon Jones, who sued in U.S. District Court in Erie, are alleging Lord created "a hostile work environment on the basis of race" and retaliated against the two when they complained.
