Stroudsburg plans street improvements

Borough officials recently approved a project to replace 13 Americans with Disabilities Act-compliant sidewalk ramps on Second Street between McConnell and Third streets, as well as two ADA ramps on Clermont Avenue. A portion of the handicapped ramps are eligible to be funded through federal Community Development Block Grants, said Borough Manager Cathie Thomas.
