Nashua labor dispute with city employees goes to trial next year

Lawsuits brought by two municipal employees who claim the city of Nashua violated labor laws by not correctly reimbursing them overtime are scheduled to go to trial within three months. Cheryl Walley and Jose Santiago allege the city violated the Fair Labor Standards Act by reimbursing them less than they are owed in back overtime, then retaliating against them after they filed complaints against the city in fall 2013, their attorney Steven Bolton, of Nashua, said Tuesday.
