Ex-jockey sues over trackwork injuries

A former jockey has launched legal action against Racing and Wagering WA over an accident at Ascot Racecourse that left him with serious injuries. According to a writ filed in the District Court this week, the Group 1-winning jockey is seeking damages, interest and costs.
