Calls to make beach accessible deemed 'all washed up'

One of the more intriguing tidbits in Charleston's new mobility report involves the small wedge of sand where High Battery meets 40 East Bay St. "Here is an amazing little beach right on the peninsula," consultant Gabe Klein wrote. "There is not access or a way for people to enjoy it.
