Ocean Springs Mayor Connie Moran releases statement on Applewhite suit settlement offer

Ocean Springs Mayor Connie Moran released a statement Tuesday in reference to the settlement offer from attorneys representing Roger Applewhite, the owner of the commercial property where the Psycamore mental health clinic wanted to operate. Applewhite has filed a federal suit seeking $405,000 in damages for the board of aldermen's 2011 denial of a permit for Psycamore to open on Iberville Drive.
