Workplace harassment still a work in progress

Some, who might consider themselves reasonable people, may have dramatically different beliefs from others as to what constitutes harassment, but that's another story. When high-profile types such as Jian Ghomeshi and Bill Cosby are accused of being perpetrators, it makes the subject top-of-mind even if it does not directly lead to less occurrences.
