OSHA proposes $91,000 in penalties for Indianhead Biomass Services plant in St. Augustine

The U.S. Department of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration has proposed $91,000 in fines for Indianhead Biomass Services plant in St. Augustine for a July 29, 2014, explosion that injured two workers. A release from OSHA said the explosion injured two men in their 50s who had attempted to shut down a sawdust dryer to unclog an outlet vent.
