WASHINGTON BORO - A lawsuit filed against Washington Borough by a former employee seeking alleged owed wages , has now moved to a default hearing in Warren County after the borough failed to respond to the the suit, according to attorney Kevin Costello. Representing the borough's former recreation director Melissa Hommes , Costello described the default in the case as "surprising" for a public entity.
