A city worker has at least temporarily withdrawn his $10 million lawsuit alleging city officials retaliated against his complaints of sexual harassment by his supervisor at the Rapp Road landfill by having him taken to a psychiatric facility. Randy Beck voluntarily agreed to have the federal lawsuit dismissed Jan. 16, according to the public docket for the case.
