Vermont's unemployment rates down to 4.3 percent

The Vermont Department of Labor says the state's unemployment rate has decreased for November, from 4.4 percent to 4.3 percent. Labor Commissioner Annie Noonan said Friday that employers in the leisure and hospitality sector are reporting a strong start to the winter season and are hiring.
