A San Bernardino County Department of Child Support Services officer pleaded not guilty Tuesday, Dec. 30, to three felonies related to a worker's compensation claim she filed in 2009 claiming stress-related impairment, according to a San Bernardino County District Attorney's Office news release.A Esther Marinelarena, 45, of Fontana, was charged with one count each of worker's compensation fraud, insurance fraud and concealment or failure to disclose material facts regarding insurance benefits.
