SAN BERNARDINO >> A child support officer for the San Bernardino County Department of Child Support Services pleaded not guilty to three felony counts of workers compensation fraud Tuesday . Esther Catherine Marinelarena, 45, of Fontana, pleaded not guilty to one count of worker's compensation fraud, one count of insurance fraud, and one count of concealment of, or failure to, disclose material fact regarding insurance benefits.
