Banks file complaints over parking compliance

Neighbors who have court challenges pending against the city of Minot over zoning variances granted to First Western Bank & Trust now have filed ordinance violation complaints against the bank with the city. The complaints say the bank failed to comply with the zoning variance, which reduced required parking to 110 spots and allows for a reduced parking stall width from 10 feet to nine feet.
