RBA applauds reform to Wage Theft Prevention Act

Gov. Andrew Cuomo on Monday signed into law reforms to the Wage Theft Prevention Act that eliminate the annual wage notification requirement for New York employers. The Department of Labor will not require annual statements in 2015, officials said.
