Missouri laws taking effect Jan. 1 cover beer sales, drug costs, storage units and more

A handful of laws passed by Missouri's General Assembly during the 2014 session will take effect on Jan. 1 covering beer sales, mammogram reporting and the cost of cancer drugs. These new laws will also address how long rented storage units must be in default before contents can be sold, as well as the system of underground digging under the state's One Call program.
