Commissioners hear pitch for jail health care contract

LaGrange, IN By: Tim Murray LAGRANGE - LaGrange County Commissioners heard a pitch for having one company provide all medical and mental health services at the LaGrange County Jail. Lisa Scroggins of Quality Correctional Care based in Muncie told commissioners that 31 Indiana counties now use their service.
