The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has alleged that Texas Roadhouse Inc. practices age discrimination at its stores nationwide. Texas Roadhouse Inc. has filed an amended complaint against the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission , seeking to obtain information about the federal agency's possible use of testers to build a discrimination case against the Louisville-based steakhouse chain.
