High Court to Decide Whether Pregnant Woman Suffered Workplace Discrimination

The U.S. Supreme Court is tackling the delicate case of whether pregnant women on the job deserve special consideration because of their condition. At issue is former United Parcel Service part-time worker Peggy Young's contention that she was unfairly treated by UPS when her doctor said she should not lift packages weighing more than 20 pounds due to her pregnancy in 2006.
