Even after 9 in the morning, heavy traffic on Harrisburg's Front Street can make it difficult for residents to get to Riverfront Park. Front Street was second on the public's list of most dangerous places in the entire three-county region for pedestrians and bikers, in a survey published earlier this year by the region's transportation planners at HATS .
