Buffalo unemployment rate, workforce keep shrinking

The unemployment rate for Buffalo-Niagara Falls declined in November to 5.8 percent compared to 6.6 percent a year ago. That marks the lowest jobless rate for that particular month since 2008, according to the state Department of Labor.
