Whistleblower in latest food scandal to receive NT$500,000 reward

Taipei, Oct. 20 The Executive Yuan will present a NT$500,000 cash reward to a man who helped authorities uncover the latest edible scandal, the government said Monday. Because of information provided by "Mr. A," a Tainan food stall vendor who reported possible problems with recycled cooking problems over the past two months and said that handing out the rewards was "worthwhile."
