Special event application process in line for changes by Prescott Council

Possible changes in the way the city approves its special event applications, as well as new traffic-signal technology that would help the visually impaired, will be among the issues the Prescott City Council will consider this week. At its regular voting meeting at 3 p.m. Tuesday, the council will hear a presentation on recommended changes in the process that organizations follow when applying for a special event permit.
