Former UH soccer players files lawsuit against NCAA

A former University of Houston soccer player filed a lawsuit last week, alleging the NCAA and its schools are violating the wage-and-hour provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act. Samantha Sackos, who played for the Cougars from 2010-11 through 2013-14, is the plaintiff in the lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court in Indianapolis.
