Carmel calls special meeting to talk about reopening Forest Theater

CARMEL >> Plans on the reopening of the historic Forest Theater will be discussed at a Carmel City Council workshop and special meeting Tuesday at City Hall. The outdoor and indoor theaters, at Santa Rita and Mountain View, were closed in April because of serious structural, safety and egress issues.
