CA: Vandalism Closes Downtown Train Depot in Redding

Joy Yoshioka and her husband have taken several trips on Amtrak's Coastal Starlight, which picks up passengers in Redding in the wee hours of the morning. She is disappointed that the downtown passenger depot is closed.
