Local restaurant workers may be entitled to back wages

Pancho Villa Mexican Restaurant, based in Fredericksburg, Va., will pay $57,446 in back wages to 30 employees at nine establishments located in Virginia and North Carolina following a federal investigation that exposed violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
