That's according to the Arkansas Department of Workforce Services , which today released labor force data produced by the U.S. Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics showing Arkansas' seasonally adjusted unemployment rate declined two-tenths of a percentage point, from 5.9 percent in November to 5.7 percent in December. DWS says Arkansas' civilian labor force added 8,500, a result of 9,700 more employed and 1,200 fewer unemployed Arkansans.
