A provider of mobile device testing services for Samsung, HTC and other electronics manufacturers owed back wages to employees in Bellevue and Dallas and engaged in "systemic violations" of overtime pay rules, the U.S. Labor Department said Tuesday. The company, Device Inside, has corporate offices in Dallas and a branch office in Bellevue.
