A New York City law firm has filed a class action lawsuit which claims Dinosaur BBQ has not paid its tipped workers fair wages. The suit filed by Fitapelli & Schaffer, LLP alleges that the owners of the BBQ chain ignored the "tip credit" provision" of the Fair Labor Standards Act and the New York Labor Law.
