Recall effort in Hinsdale targets Select Board chairwoman

HINSDALE >> Residents utilized a new authority by submitting a petition that triggered a future recall election aimed at Select Board Chairwoman Bonnie Conner, whose name alone will be on the ballot. David Kokindo, a former Selectman, said he signed the petition because Conner ended the public comment period before weekly Select Board meetings and "there's an awful lot of things going on in our town that [residents] don't know anything about."
