Paid for two-hour delay? What's up with Red Lion teacher grievance

When the Red Lion Area School District asked teachers to make up conferences canceled last month because of a two-hour delay, the union filed a grievance asking they be paid extra for that time. The grievance also called for teachers to be compensated for any financial losses they might experience by having to hold the meetings.
