March 27 -- CUMBERLAND -- City officials are moving forward with a $480,000 plan to create a dedicated route that connects the Cumberland Amtrak Station on the Queen City Pavement to the trails that meet at the Western Maryland Railway Station . The marked route would also be compliant with current standards established within the Americans with Disabilities Act.
