An eastern Missouri's former municipal court administrator will receive $70,000 to settle a lawsuit alleging she was fired partly because of a cancer-related disability. Coreen Conroy said in a lawsuit against Dardenne Prairie that after she was subjected to ridicule after she had kidney surgery in 2010 following a cancer diagnosis.
