A federal district court has granted a request from Texas , Arkansas, Louisiana, and Nebraska today for preliminary injunction on the Obama White House attempt to revise the definition of " spouse " in law. The Obama Administration's effort to change the definition would have monumental impact on the Family and Medical Leave Act .
