The Bay County Board of County Commissioners will hold an Emergency Public Meeting in order to consider amendments to ordinances limiting alcohol sales after 2 a.m. in the unincorporated areas and may take other actions regarding Spring Break. The public meeting will be held at 9 a.m. Tuesday, March 31, 2015 in the Bay County Government Center located at 840 West 11th Street, Panama City, FL.
