Workforce board discusses audit questioning spending

The solicitor for the board of county commissioners that oversees the Southwest Corner Workforce Investment Board said Tuesday that the current regime change in Harrisburg is slowing down the process of resolving questions in a state review of a nonprofit job training agency's allocation of salaries.
