A Central Oregon school district is evaluating two schools for Americans with Disabilities Act compliance after a complaint was filed with the U.S. Department of Education. The Bulletin newspaper reports the district signed an agreement requiring evaluations at Ponderosa Elementary and Sky View Middle School.
