A Schenectady County woman is accused taking thousands of dollars of government benefits she wasn't entitled to receive, State Police said. Cynthia Bucci , 62, of Pattersonville was arrested Thursday and charged with two counts each of grand larceny, falsifying business records and offering a false instrument for filing, all felonies, troopers said.
