Norwood-Norfolk School Board awards bids for phase one of capital project

Bids for phase one of a capital project in the Norwood-Norfolk Central School District came in under budget and were awarded to contractors this week. General construction and masonry work was awarded to Continental Construction LLC, Gouverneur.
