The move comes after a wave of litigation based on the Federal Americans with Disabilities Act was filed against more than 60 businesses in Stanislaus and Merced counties alone -- and hundreds more were filed up and down the state. Brad Bilson of Bilson's Sports Shop in Turlock is one of more than 20 businesses being sued by the same woman from Atwater.
